About the Owner – Misty Holliday, MSW, CNA, CMA

Misty Holliday is the owner and operator of Hillview Senior Care, with over 16 years of experience in healthcare and senior services. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in skilled nursing and continues to remain actively involved in direct care.

Misty holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in geriatrics, and has completed over 1,000 hours of hospice clinical internship experience. Her background includes hospice care, dementia support, pharmacology, and complex care coordination.

She opened her first licensed adult care home in 2018 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Unlike large facilities, Misty is often found on the floor providing hands-on care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, personalized support in a home-like setting.

Her mission is simple: meaningful days, trusted care, and dignity at every stage of life.
